In order to request the removal of your personal information from our database please provide your full name, date of birth, year group (if applicable), current address, gender, school / college (if applicable) and email address below.
Please be aware on occasion requests to be ‘forgotten’ and removed from the database may not be fully possible. For instance:
- When overridden by the aims of the project due to the legitimate interests of the research being carried out
- When records have already been anonymised
- When records have been passed to third parties for processing
- When the personal information below does not completely match the record currently held on our database.
Confirmation of the level of deletion possible will be emailed to individuals based on the address provided below.
