The EMWPREP team provide high quality and very efficient support with our monitoring and evaluation activities here at Loughborough University. We have full confidence in our data security and the accuracy of information and advice we are given as partners. The Partnership facilitates the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across the sector on monitoring and evaluation and this is highly valued within our institution“.

DANCOP are proud to be a partner of EMWPREP. We have a strong working relationship with the team and feel like a real part of the partnership, having a valuable opportunity as practitioners to feed into the system and have a voice when changes are being made. The team are quick to respond, efficient and excellent at resolving queries, and we always know if we report an issue it will be listened to with a friendly and supportive ear (even if it’s a silly question!). EMWPREP have been a great support in the tracking of our programme”.

Anna Davey, Data and Research Manager – DANCOP

Higher Horizons joined EMWPREP shortly after the launch of the NNCO programme in 2015, following a strategic decision to invest in a monitoring and tracking service on behalf of the partnership. Higher Horizons chose to join EMWPREP over other services due to the level of support offered for monitoring, tracking and evaluation by the EMWPREP team. In addition to gaining access to a secure online database and standardised data collection processes which ensures robust data is collected by all partners, the team provide one package of in-depth evaluation to each partner per year. For the last two years, EMWPREP have evaluated the Higher Horizons residential summer school programme, UNiFY, and provided advice around evaluation methods and practice, and analysed outcomes of 10 summer schools. We have stuck with EMWPREP for so long due to the wonderfully supportive team, the standardised data collection and inputting processes provided by EMWPREP and used by all partners, and advice and guidance provided by the team on all aspects of data, evaluation and monitoring. The team also provide regular updates on sector best practice, legislative changes, and disseminate learning across all members. EMWPREP is an essential component of our evaluation and impact strategy we wouldn’t be without!

The University of Derby has been an EMWPREP partner for 5 years. The service that EMWPREP provides is outstanding, and essential to the delivery of our evaluation, monitoring and tracking strategy. The team is committed to ensuring that the database consistently meets the needs of all its partners as we enter a new phase of regulation, and is always on hand to provide expert advice, and assistance”.
